If you’re searching for glasses that make a statement, our transparent frames for men and women are clear winners (sorry). Coming in modern shapes – cat eye, squoval, round, and more – and a host of on-point colours, we wager there’s a pair of glasses here that will tick all your boxes.
Our transparent frames – and indeed all our eyewear – are designed by us in Amsterdam and made using only the good stuff, in collaboration with some of the world’s top suppliers. Our transparent glasses are made in Shenzhen, China – a city renowned for its eyewear production – in a factory that specialises in acetate. Bottom line? You’re getting frames that not only look good, but are made to last.
We offer two types of prescription lenses for transparent frames: normal and Premium Lenses. Our normal lenses are suitable for prescriptions below 6.25 dioptres; our Premium Lenses are available as an option too – and are mandatory if your prescription is above 6.25 dioptres. Premium Lenses are our finest lenses yet, so make for a more comfortable fit as they’re that much lighter. They’re also anti-dirt, anti-scratch and anti-fog – meaning they give you superior vision and are easy to care for.
We also offer Premium Lenses for our prescription lenses and transparent frames.
All set on the lens front, but don’t have an up-to-date or existing prescription? Book a free eye test with us in store pronto and we’ll get you your all-important numbers.
Of course, if you want to wear your transparent glasses purely as a statement, we do non-prescription lenses too.
Keep your prescription close – you’ll need it if you want to buy your favourite frames online. You’ll also need your pupillary distance (PD) measurement (aka the distance between your pupils) – essential as this ensures your lenses align properly.
Start by ordering your glasses on our website, but leave the PD section blank. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an email with a link to our online tool, which will show you how to measure your PD. When you’re done, your measurements are automatically added to your order, and we’ll proceed to make your glasses. Easy-peasy. Oh, and we offer free delivery from €36 – result.
