Daher suchen wir eine*n Augenoptikermeister*in 32-40 Stunden in Berlin die/der flexibel als Springer*in in unseren Stores in der gesamten Berliner Region eingesetzt werden kann.
Was dich als Augenoptikermeister*in bei uns erwartet (und was du mitbringen solltest):
Durchführung von präzisen und qualitativ hochwertigen Sehtests – Mit modernster Technik. Du bringst Erfahrung in der binokularen Refraktionsmessung mit.
Perfektes Anpassen der Brillenfassungen – für optimale Passform, Komfort und bestes Sehen.
Du bist Trainer*in des Teams – unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen mit deinem Fachwissen.
Technische Fähigkeiten mit erstklassigem Service bereitstellen – um Kunden*innen die besten Lösungen zu bieten.
Kunden*innen zu Brillengläsern beraten – mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Upgrades.
Qualifikation – Abschluss als Augenoptikermeister*in oder im Studium der Augenoptik/Optometrie ist Voraussetzung für diese Position.
Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau – vorausgesetzt für eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit Kunden*innen und dem Team.

What does the recruitment process look like?
Here’s how we hire in stores:
Apply: Send in your application (we actually read every single one).
Intro call: A quick chat with our team to hear your story and tell you more about us.
Store visit: Meet the team, see the store and eye test rooms, and get a real feel for the role. During this visit, we also check the technical skills required for the role.
The finale: If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll send you an offer. Now it's time to celebrate!
Will I receive training and support as an optician?
Yes – from day one, you’ll get tailored onboarding, access to our learning hub and ongoing training on lenses, products, and customer care. We also support certification programs and specialist training, including financial support where possible, to help you grow your career.
What career growth opportunities are available for opticians?
We support internal mobility, specialist tracks and leadership development. From training as a Refractionist (where applicable) or certified Optician, to advancing to Head Optician or dual roles, there are clear paths to grow in-store.
