Here follow the terms of the Promotion:
The "Promotion Period" runs from 12:00 on Wednesday 25th March - 23:59 on Friday 17th April 2020.
One (1) Cleaning Kit (retail value of €8) is redeemable per each online transaction to the value of €98 or more ("the Promotion"), during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion will automatically be applied to the customer's basket, once they meet the minimum spend threshold (€98).
The Promotion is available to customers shopping in all markets we ship to, with the exception of the United States. This is due to supply chain restrictions.
Cleaning Kits acquired via the Promotion are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. If the Cleaning Kit is proven faulty, this needs to be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receipt of the Cleaning Kit. To Ace & Tate's sole discretion, customer can receive a replacing Cleaning Kit.
Our General Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions Ace & Tate E-com B.V., August 2018) apply to this Promotion.
The Promotion runs while stock lasts. In case the Cleaning Kit is out of stock, the customer is not entitled to claim any reimbursement.
We reserve the right at all times, without giving any reason, to stop or amend the Promotion, or to change the terms and conditions in the interim.
