Please read these terms (the “Terms”) carefully. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service Team. By placing an order for or by using our Products, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue the use of the Gift Code.
Ace & Tate Refer a Friend - Terms & Conditions
The Refer a Friend 2 programme runs from Monday 2 November 2020 until 31 December 2020 (“Referral Period”). After this Referral Period, Gift Codes (hereinafter defined) will become invalid.
In addition to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions Ace & Tate E-Com B.V. (August 2018) apply.
Ace & Tate reserves the right at all times, without giving any reason and/or notice, to stop or amend the Terms or to change the Terms.
Key conditions to Refer a Friend programme:
Referrer (determined at sole discretion of Ace & Tate):
The referrer will receive five (5) €10 off gift codes for single usage (subject to a €20 minimum spend) (“Gift Code(s)”) to distribute among friends over the age of 18 (“Reffered Friend(s)”) who order with Ace & Tate (together the “Referral”).
This Gift Code can be shared during the Referral Period.
A referrer receives one (1) €10 off gift code for single usage (subject to a €20 minimum spend) as a thank you gift (“Reward)”.
Rewards will not be cumulative and the referrer will receive the Reward once in total only.
The Reward can be redeemed in all Ace & Tate stores as well as online at aceandtate.com.
Ace & Tate reserves the right to refuse the issue of a Reward to any Referrer at any time.
The Reward cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and or actions.
Referred Friend:
The Referred Friend can use the Gift Code when placing an order with Ace & Tate, subject to a €20 minimum spend.
The Gift Code is valid during the Referral Period only.
The Gift Code can be redeemed in all Ace & Tate stores as well as online at aceandtate.com.
If a refund or an exchange is requested on the order for which the Gift Code was offered, the Gift Code will only remain during the Referral Period.
Ace & Tate reserves the right to refuse the issue of a Gift Code to any Referred Friend at any time.
The Gift Code cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and or actions.
