Not for you? No problem!
If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can return them to us within 60 days to receive a full refund. This applies for both non-prescription and prescription (sun)glasses, plus any accessories that you’ve bought — unopened and undamaged, where possible.
Unfortunately, certain products, including Eye Drops and items from our Felt collaboration, are exceptions and cannot be returned.
How to return
Contact our customer experience team to get your return label — bear in mind this is free in some countries but may come with a charge in others. Read our Shippings and Returns page for more info.
Once we’ve received your returned order, we’ll process it and send you a full refund. If it’s easier, you can also return/exchange your order at one of our stores.
What about Ace & Tate Contacts?
Our return policy also applies to orders of trial and 30-day packs of Contacts, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Contacts orders must be returned by request, though — reach out to email@example.com to request a return form from our team.
