    Wij zoeken een Store Manager in Kortrijk, 36-38 uur.

    Wat onze Store Managers doen

    • Leid met energie en focus door de verkoop aan te sturen, je team te motiveren en een positieve sfeer in de winkel te creëren.
    • Werven, inwerken en trainen door te bouwen aan een vakkundig en zelfverzekerd team met sterke optische kennis en klantgerichte service.
    • Werk resultaatgericht door KPI’s bij te houden en het team te helpen verkoop- en klanttevredenheidsdoelen te behalen, in nauwe samenwerking met HQ.
    • Beheer dagelijkse werkzaamheden door roosters te maken, voorraad bij te houden en te zorgen voor efficiënte processen.
    • Bied service die opvalt door klanten met aandacht en expertise te begeleiden door het hele oogtesttraject.
    • Zet je optische skills in door klanten te helpen bij het kiezen van de juiste glazen en monturen, brillen nauwkeurig af te stellen en glazen op maat te slijpen.
    • Vloeiend Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus) is essentieel voor effectieve klantcommunicatie en samenwerking binnen het team.

      4. Are there opportunities to grow in-store?

        Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.

      5. Do I need prior experience in retail or optics to join a store?

        No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
