As Store Manager you own the full store experience – leading the store team, driving results, supporting opticians and delivering the Ace & Tate experience from the inside out.

    Here’s how we hire in retail:

    Intro call: A quick chat with our Talent team to hear your story and tell you more about us.

    Store visit: Meet the team, see the store and get a real feel for what it's like to work with us.

    The finale: If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll send you an offer. Now it's time to celebrate!

    Our stores are friendly, fast-paced and design-driven. You’ll help customers find the perfect glasses, offer style and eyecare advice and collaborate with a supportive, energetic team. Every role contributes to creating a standout customer experience.
  4. Are there opportunities to grow in-store?

    Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.
  5. Do I need prior experience in retail or optics to join a store?

    No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
