We’re looking for a Regional Manager Belgium & Amsterdam, 40 hours.
What our Regional Managers do
- Lead with energy and focus coach, support, and motivate Store Managers across Belgium and Amsterdam to build strong, inclusive teams and deliver excellent results.
- Grow your people guide Store Managers through onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, and succession planning to ensure they and their teams thrive.
- Own the numbers track KPIs like sales, conversion, NPS, UPT, and lens upgrades, turning insights into action to reach regional targets.
- Be present and hands-on visit stores regularly, support with coaching, operational routines, and optical compliance, and stay close to the day-to-day.
- Deliver standout service ensure every customer receives a seamless journey from eye test to pick-up, using NPS and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HQ share insights from the floor, join trade and retail ops calls, and help shape the future of retail at Ace & Tate.
What we’re looking for
- Experience 2+ years of regional manager experience, or 5+ years as a Store Manager, ideally in optics and including flagship or high-volume locations.
- Multi-site management preferably in Belgium or a similar retail landscape.
- Commercial track record strong ability to coach others to hit targets.
- Optical knowledge deep understanding of optical retail, KPIs, compliance, and the customer journey.
- Leadership style hands-on, people-first approach that balances empathy with accountability.
- Location ideally based in the Antwerp region or centrally located for easy commuting.
- Languages knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Are there opportunities to grow in-store?
Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.

No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
