Wij zoeken een Opticien - flexibel in Utrecht (Hoog Catharijne & Lijnmarkt), zaterdag, zondag en maandag.
Hou je van afwisseling? Perfect. In deze rol werk je op meerdere locaties, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Je ondersteunt verschillende teams, helpt uiteenlopende klanten en ontdekt de unieke vibe van elke store. Ideaal als je energie haalt uit variatie, dynamiek en een baan waarin je net dat beetje extra kan laten zien.
Wat onze Opticiens doen en vereisten
- Voer hoogwaardige oogtesten uit met ondersteuning van geavanceerde apparatuur en jouw kennis van binoculaire refractie.
- Zorg voor de perfecte bril door te zorgen voor een optimale pasvorm, comfort en helder zicht.
- Een expert binnen optiek door het team te trainen en te ondersteunen met vakinhoudelijke kennis.
- Loop voorop in optiek door technische vaardigheden te combineren met eersteklas service voor scherp en comfortabel zicht.
- Klanten adviseren over glazen met speciale aandacht voor upgrades zodat zij precies de juiste keuze maken.
- Werkervaring in de optiek is vereist, een diploma is een pluspunt.
- Vloeiend Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus) is essentieel voor effectieve klantcommunicatie en samenwerking binnen het team.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Intro call: A quick chat with our team to hear your story and tell you more about us.
Store visit: Meet the team, see the store and eye test rooms, and get a real feel for the role. During this visit, we also check the technical skills required for the role.
The finale: If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll send you an offer. Now it's time to celebrate!
Will I receive training and support as an optician?
Yes – from day one, you’ll get tailored onboarding, access to our learning hub and ongoing training on lenses, products, and customer care. We also support certification programs and specialist training, including financial support where possible, to help you grow your career.
What career growth opportunities are available for opticians?
We support internal mobility, specialist tracks and leadership development. From training as a Refractionist (where applicable) or certified Optician, to advancing to Head Optician or dual roles, there are clear paths to grow in-store.
