We’re looking for a Creative Lead at our Amsterdam HQ, 32–40 hours.
In this role, you’ll lead the ideas behind our campaigns and shape how the brand shows up across channels. - Narrative ownership, develop culturally relevant campaign worlds, always making sure your big ideas are grounded in research, social trends and real consumer insights while balancing creativity with a clear strategic lens
- Social media guidance, oversee and manage creative output from the Social Media team, translating big ideas into platform-native content and acting as their weekly creative soundboard to help shape social strategy, creator and talent direction, and ongoing content production
- Brand alignment, ensure 360° brand and campaign consistency across digital (Ecom, CRM, social) and physical retail environments, connecting brand, marketing and retail into one cohesive experience, safeguarding the brand across both campaign moments and always-on communication
- Creative management, act as a mentor and manager for our Copywriter/Content Creator, helping refine the brand’s tone of voice and strengthen overall output through clear direction and feedback
- Cross-functional collaboration, work closely with the Art Director and stakeholders across brand, marketing and retail to ensure creative work supports business objectives and is delivered at a high creative standard
- Brand direction, contribute to shaping where the Ace & Tate brand is going next, helping define and evolve the narrative, tone of voice and creative direction in line with the brand’s ambition and business needs
You have
- Creative expertise, bring strong conceptual thinking with proven experience developing and shaping creative ideas and narratives, with a sharp eye for angles that keep the brand fresh, relevant and human
- Strategic mindset, balance brand building with performance and business needs, ensuring ideas are both creatively strong and commercially effective
- Relevant background, have 6+ years in concept development, creative strategy, or similar roles, with experience leading creative work
- Social-first understanding, show a strong grasp of social media, content, and creator ecosystems
- Executional clarity, translate ideas into clear, effective output across multiple channels
- Leadership skills, have experience managing or mentoring creatives and guiding creative output
- Cultural affinity, feel connected to fashion, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands
- Languages, are fluent in English, both spoken and written
What we offer
