We are looking for a Operations and Logistics Intern at our Amsterdam HQ, 32-40 hours.
Start:
1st of August 2026, 6 months

What our Operations & Logistics Interns do

  • Assisting the internal Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the organisation of logistics data, invoices and shipment records 
  • Coordinating daily outbound shipments to external partners and clients
  • Assisting with the receiving, processing and handling of shipments at HQ
  • Performing shipment checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards 
  • Preparing and printing shipping labels and related logistics documentation 
  • Providing general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes. 

You have 

  • A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus
  • A HBO-level education
  • Availability for at least 32 hours per week (preferably start date latest 1st of October)
  • An eye for detail and are organised 
  • The ability to work independently, but also thrive in teamwork
