Hvad vores Sales Assistant skal
- Skabe en imødekommende stemning ved at få hver kunde til at føle sig set og glad for at være i butikken.
- Giv klar rådgivning ved at hjælpe kunderne med at finde brillestel, der passer til dem, og give råd om pasformer og farver.
- Formidle din viden ved at forklare forskellene mellem glas, belægninger og pasformer, så kunderne kan træffe det rigtige valg.
- Vær opmærksom på alle detaljer ved at pudse glas, justere stel og sikre, at hvert par ser skarpt ud og er klar til brug.
- Håndtere salget med omhu ved at gennemgå muligheder som glasopgraderinger, belægninger og tilvalg med kunderne, så de får præcis det, de har brug for.
- Flydende dansk på modersmålsniveau (grundlæggende engelsk er en fordel) er vigtigt for effektiv kundekommunikation og samarbejde i teamet.
Hvad vi tilbyder
- 146.85 kr. i timen samt en månedlig bonus på op til 16 %, når butikkens mål nås.

Our stores are friendly, fast-paced and design-driven. You’ll help customers find the perfect glasses, offer style and eyecare advice and collaborate with a supportive, energetic team. Every role contributes to creating a standout customer experience.
Are there opportunities to grow in-store?
Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.
Do I need prior experience in retail or optics to join a store?
No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
