Hvad vores optiker gør og kravene
- Udføre synsprøver af høj kvalitet, ved at bruge avanceret udstyr og anvende erfaring med måling af binokulær refraktion.
- Sikrer perfekt tilpasning af brillestel ved at opnå optimal pasform, komfort og syn for hver kunde.
- Er den optiske ekspert ved at træne og støtte teamet med dybdegående viden.
- Sætter optisk standard ved at kombinere tekniske færdigheder med førsteklasses kundeservice for at hjælpe kunder med at finde de bedste løsninger.
- Rådgiver kunder om briller og glas med særlig fokus på opgraderinger for at sikre, at de træffer den rigtige beslutning.
- Uddannelse som optometrist er et krav til denne stilling.
- Flydende dansk på modersmålsniveau (grundlæggende engelsk er en fordel) er vigtigt for effektiv kundekommunikation og samarbejde i teamet.
Hvad vi tilbyder
- 35.000 kr. – 48.000 kr. om måneden på fuldtid, samt en månedlig bonus på op til 16 %, når butikkens mål nås.
Den endelige løn inden for intervallet fastsættes på baggrund af erfaring. - Tid til at koble af med 25 dages ferie om året, baseret på fuldtidsansættelse.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Intro call: A quick chat with our team to hear your story and tell you more about us.
Store visit: Meet the team, see the store and eye test rooms, and get a real feel for the role. During this visit, we also check the technical skills required for the role.
The finale: If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll send you an offer. Now it's time to celebrate!
Will I receive training and support as an optician?
Yes – from day one, you’ll get tailored onboarding, access to our learning hub and ongoing training on lenses, products, and customer care. We also support certification programs and specialist training, including financial support where possible, to help you grow your career.
What career growth opportunities are available for opticians?
We support internal mobility, specialist tracks and leadership development. From training as a Refractionist (where applicable) or certified Optician, to advancing to Head Optician or dual roles, there are clear paths to grow in-store.
