At the moment, you can buy contact lenses exclusively online in the Netherlands. We are currently working on launching in all of our existing markets. Stay tuned!
If your contact lenses are in stock and you order before 22:00 they should ship the same day.
If your contact lenses are out of stock we estimate they should be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Oh no! That’s not the unboxing experience we had in mind. Snap a photo of the damage and reach out to hallo@aceandtate.nl. We’ll sort it out quickly! Whether that’s a replacement or a refund, we’ve got you covered.
Yes! But only if the packages are still sealed. As contact lenses are a medical product opened lenses can’t be returned for safety reasons, so make sure your boxes are unopened and in their original condition.

If we sent you the wrong prescription: please reach out to hallo@aceandtate.nl and share a picture of what you received.
Accidentally ordered the incorrect prescription: if the box is unopened you can send it back to us using the return label provided in your order or download it directly from your Ace & Tate account. You can order the correct prescription at any point as we do not offer exchanges.
