Terms & Conditions limited offer Ace & Tate X Chun bubble tea

By placing an order for or by using the products/services as described in Clause 1 and 10 below, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue the purchase or use of our products/services.
The Ace & Tate x Chun offers run from Saturday 17th of July 2021 until Sunday 29st August 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). After this Promotion Period, the €10 euro discount offer on Same Day Glasses Service and the free Chun bubble tea and special tote bag offer at partner Chun will become invalid.
In addition to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions Ace & Tate E-Com B.V. (March 2021) apply.
Ace & Tate reserves the right at all times, without giving any reason and/or notice, to stop or amend the Terms or to change the Terms.
Key conditions relating to Ace & Tate x Chun offer(s):
Part 1: Buy the Ace & Tate Flavoured Bubble Tea at Chun and get a €10 discount voucher for Same Day Glasses Service in one of the Ace & Tate Amsterdam stores.
Chun customers who purchase an Ace & Tate flavoured bubble tea within the Promotion Period will receive a promotion voucher to redeem €10 of Same Day Glasses Service at Ace & Tate (the “Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher”). The above offer is applicable to Chun customers who purchase an Ace & Tate flavoured bubble tea in Chuns Huidenstraat store location.
The Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher can be redeemed in Ace & Tate Amsterdam stores only. It cannot be redeemed online or in any other Ace & Tate stores.
Only one (1) Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher will be issued per transaction with Chun Bubble Tea. Multiple Bubble Tea purchases within one (1) transaction will not receive multiple Ace & Tate Promotion Vouchers.
The Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher can be redeemed against any full priced purchase of Ace & Tate (sun)glasses, with a minimum spend of €100.
The Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
If a refund or an exchange is requested on the order for which the Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher has been used, the Ace & Tate Promotion Voucher remains valid within the Promotion Period only.
Chun and/or Ace & Tate reserve the right to withdraw the Ace & Tate offer at any given time during the Promotion Period and at their sole discretion.
Part 2: Opt in for Same Day Glasses Service at Ace & Tate Amsterdam, receive a free Ace & Tate Flavoured Bubble Tea at Chun Amsterdam
Ace & Tate customers who opt into the Same Day Glasses service will receive a Promotion Voucher to pick up one (1) Ace & Tate flavoured bubble tea for free (the “Chun Promotion Voucher”) – and they’ll receive a very special Ace & Tate x CHUN tote bag as long as supply lasts.
The Chun offer is only applicable to Ace & Tate customers who opt in for Same Day Glasses Service on one of the Ace & Tate Amsterdam stores. Only one (1) Chun Promotion Voucher will be issued per Ace & Tate customer that opts in for Same Day Glasses Service.
The Chun Promotion Voucher can only be redeemed against an Ace & Tate flavoured bubble tea at Chun. The Chun Promotion Voucher cannot be redeemed for anything other product than bubble tea, including but not limited to soft drinks, products, or any kind of food.
The Chun Promotion Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
Ace & Tate and/or Chun reserve the right to withdraw the Chun offer at any given time during the Promotion Period at their sole discretion.
