By placing an order for or by using the products/services as described in Clause 1 and 10 below, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue the purchase or use of our products/services.
The Ace & Tate x Rebel Wines Amsterdam run from Monday 2 August 2021 until stock of the Promotion Vouchers last (the “Promotion Period”).
In addition to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions Ace & Tate E-Com B.V. (March 2021) apply.
Ace & Tate reserves the right at all times, without giving any reason and/or notice, to stop or amend the Terms or to change the Terms.
Key conditions relating to Ace & Tate x Rebel Wines Amsterdam offer(s):
Part 1: Buy an Ace & Tate x Rebel Wines package, get a €10 Ace & Tate discount voucher.
Rebel Wine customers who purchase the Ace & Tate Package Deal (i.e. EUR 29,95 instead of EUR 36,- for three (3) by Ace & Tate selected wines) during the Promotion Period will receive an Ace & Tate voucher for €10 discount on their next sunglass purchase with Ace & Tate valid until 30 September 2021 (the “Ace & Tate Voucher”).
The Ace & Tate Voucher can be redeemed in Ace & Tate’s Amsterdam stores only. It cannot be redeemed online or in any other Ace & Tate stores.
Only one (1) Ace & Tate Voucher will be issued per transaction with Rebel Wines.
The Ace & Tate Voucher can be redeemed against any full priced purchase of Ace & Tate (sun)glasses, with a minimum spend of €100.
The Ace & Tate Voucher cannot be used to purchase lower value items, including but not limited to Ace & Tate accessories and/or gift cards.
The Ace & Tate Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
If a refund or an exchange is requested on the order for which the Ace & Tate Voucher has been used, the Ace & Tate Voucher remains valid until the expiry date of 30 September 2021.
Part 2: Buy sunglasses at Ace & Tate, receive a Rebel Wines x Ace & Tate Voucher.
Ace & Tate customers who purchase sunglasses within the Promotion Period at one of Ace & Tate’s stores in Amsterdam will receive a Rebel Wines discount voucher to expire at 30 September 2021 (the “Rebel Wines Voucher”), with this Rebel Wines Voucher the customer can buy the Ace & Tate Package Deal (i.e. EUR 29,95 instead of EUR 36,- for three (3) by Ace & Tate selected wines) or 15% discount on all other Rebel Wine products.
The Rebel Wine Voucher will only be distributed among customers in Ace & Tate’s Amsterdam stores.
The Rebel Wines Voucher is valid in Rebel Wines store in Amsterdam.
Only one (1) Rebel Wines Voucher will be issued per transaction with Ace & Tate.
The Rebel Wines Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
