We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and effortlessly as possible. The same applies for returns, ‘cos we understand life doesn’t always go to plan.

We offer free shipping from CHF 60 and free returns in the following countries:

Return policy

We also offer free shipping from CHF 60 to the following countries, but you’ll have to pay to return a package:

Worth the wait

Delivery time depends on both the product you order and your prescription. 

Non-prescription and low prescriptions glasses:

Glasses with no prescription, or with a low prescription between -6.00 and +4.00 and a cylinder no higher than -2.00, will be with you promptly:

  • Non-prescription (sun)glasses: 1-5 business days

  • Single vision (sun)glasses: 4-10 business days

  • Screen Glasses: 4-10 business days

High prescriptions glasses:

Any (sun)glasses with a prescription outside the above range take a bit longer, as they’re a little more complex to make. Delivery time will be: 

  • Single vision (sun)glasses: 8-14 business days

  • Varifocal (sun)glasses: 8-14 business days

Ace & Tate Contacts:

No matter what your contact lens prescription is, or how many pairs of Contacts you’ve ordered, they’ll be shipped within 1-5 business days. Please be aware that six-day trial pack orders do not come with tracking, but 30-day pack orders do.

Gift cards & Accessories:

Gift cards purchased online will be delivered digitally, direct to your inbox. We do not sell physical gift cards online — just in our stores. All other accessories will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

Missed your delivery?

If you’ve received a note through your letterbox (or an email in your inbox) to announce a missed delivery, don’t sweat — we’ve kept this nice and simple.

The delivery carrier will have dropped your order off at a local pick-up point, so you can collect it at a more convenient time. Details of the specific pick-up point will be included on your postal note or email, as well as the duration of time for which it will be held there. If you fail to collect your order within that window, it will be sent back to us — this can take up to two weeks, but we’ll refund you ASAP once received (please get in touch if you’ve not received a refund after 14 days of having missed your delivery).

Sorry, but we’re unable to re-ship orders that delivery carriers return to us. If you still want your glasses, you’ll need to place a new order on our website.

Some exceptions, sorry

Even if we ship to your country, there are some regions we can’t deliver to:

  • Spain: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands

  • United Kingdom: Channel Islands

  • Denmark: Faroe Islands, Greenland

  • Italy: San Marino, Vatican City

  • Portugal: Madeira, Azores

  • United States: PO Boxes, Army Post Office Addresses
