If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can always return them to us within 30 days – no questions asked. This also includes prescription glasses and sunglasses.
Contact our customer service team and they will send you a return label as soon as possible. Once we have received your glasses back at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, we will process your return or send you a full refund. You can also always return your glasses at one of our stores.
