Booking an eye test with us is super easy! Just head over to our website’s booking page, pick a store near you, and choose a time that suits you best. Can’t wait to see you there!
Please make sure to change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
You can do this in a few ways:
Check your confirmation email - at the bottom, you’ll find options to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Log in to your Ace & Tate account and go to your Eye Test overview.
If these options don’t work, feel free to call the store directly.
The eye test usually takes about 20 minutes. It’s super important to be on time since our appointments are closely booked. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we might have to cancel and reschedule your appointment to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
To ensure the best results:
Please remove your soft contact lenses at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
Hard lenses should not be worn for 24 hours before the eye test.
If you're pregnant, let the optician know, as this may affect your results.
If you already have a pair of glasses, bring them with you - this can help speed up the process.
And lastly, make sure to arrive on time - ideally 5 minutes early. If you’re 5 minutes or more late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment.
We recommend booking an eye test at least every two years. But don’t wait that long if:
It’s already been more than two years
Your current prescription isn’t strong enough
You’re experiencing headaches, eye strain or irritation
You’re thinking about getting new glasses
You can book an eye test easily through our booking page.
For a good measurement, take out your soft lenses at least 30 minutes before your appointment. Hard lenses should not be worn for 24 hours beforehand.
To reduce disposable waste, bring your own lens case if you might need it. If you have any irritation or infection, please inform your optician.
No, we don't offer contact lens eye tests or fittings.
