Can’t get to one of our stores? Stay right where you are, we've got this. Try our frames on without leaving the house.

Pick four optical frames and we’ll send them to you to try for free! If you’re struggling to narrow it down, you can always take some specs for a spin with our Virtual Try-On.

CHECK THE MAIL

Your frames (with placeholder lenses) will be delivered within a few days. You’ll have five full days to give them a road-test.

IT'S A MATCH

A few selfies later, pick a winner and send them back to us for free with packaging provided (just note down which ones you liked best).

BE MINE

Order your glasses online — make sure you know your prescription. We’ll get your brand spanking new specs to you within 10 working days. Wasn’t that easy?

HERE'S A TIP

We recommend you really go for it when you’re giving the glasses a whirl. Pose in the mirror, ask a critical friend for their opinion and pop to the shops to see how you look in harsh lighting. The more feedback the better, right?

Hopefully, that list will get bigger soon, but you can always drop by a store, or have a go at our Virtual Try-On instead.

WHAT’S IN MY HTO PACKAGE?

Here’s everything you’ll find inside your Home Try On package: 1 x cardboard box made from 80% recycled material, 4 x Ace & Tate frames, 1 x pupillary distance ruler, plus 1 x returns label.

When you’re done, send it all back in the original envelope — there’s a return label inside, too!

LET’S BE RESPONSIBLE

If you live within easy access of one of our stores, then it’s probably a better idea to give us a visit. Every time we send out a shipment, we produce CO2 emissions and we’re working really hard to reduce these as much as possible.

By dropping in, you can also chat face to face with one of our friendly retail assistants: they’ll be more than happy to give you a second opinion. You’ll have access to the full collection and can try one of our many services while you’re at it, like our free eye tests.

Please note that Home Try-On is not currently available for our sunglasses collection. We hear your feedback and are looking into options for the future.
