If you're not completely happy with your order, then you have a 60 day trial period in which you can return them for an exchange or for a full refund.
All glasses can be returned to us within 60 days, so long as they're in good condition - no damage or scratches, please! This also includes prescription (sun)glasses.
Contact lenses can be returned within 60 days so long as they are unopened and the seal on the packaging is not broken.
Accessories can be returned within 60 days, so long as they're in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
Just head into your nearest store to return/exchange your items. Can't get to one of our stores? Then simply follow the instructions on the return/exchanges label that came with your order, or download one via your Ace & Tate account.
Upon receipt of your refund-return products, or notification of an order cancellation, we will reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible, but in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your products/cancellation notification.
You can always check the current status of your order in your Ace & Tate account.
We will assess the condition of any return products before issuing a refund for the items.
