Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days. If you're not 100% happy with your frames, we'll be happy to refund or exchange them up until 60 days after purchase. Please check here for the latest information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can return them to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. This applies for both non-prescription and prescription (sun)glasses, plus any accessories that you’ve bought — unopened and undamaged, where possible.
Once we’ve received your returned order, we’ll process it and send you a full refund. If it’s easier, you can also return/exchange your order at one of our stores.
Our return policy also applies to orders of trial and 30-day packs of Contacts, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Contacts orders must be returned by request, though — reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return form from our team.
