Already placed an order with us?

Then you can check the status of it under "orders" in your Ace & Tate account.

For orders over £36, we offer free shipping and returns in some destinations, and free shipping with paid returns in others. You can see more about our shipping and returns policy here.

If you don't see your shipping location on the list then we're sorry, we can't get an order directly to you.

We offer a Same Day Service in-store only, meaning that for an extra $30 your glasses will be ready for you on the very same day you purchase them! We can't make all orders using this service unfortunately.

To check the status of your order at any time, log in to your Ace & Tate account and go to My Account > Orders.

You can track your order based on your delivery choice:

  • Home Delivery: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

  • Store Pick-Up: When your order arrives at the store, our colleagues perform a quality check to make sure everything looks good. Once this check is successful, you’ll receive an email from the store letting you know your order is ready for pick-up.

If your order status shows "shipped" but you haven’t received a pick-up email, it’s likely that your order is still being processed in-store. When you choose store pick-up, our team needs to perform a quality check once the glasses arrive at the store. This is to ensure everything is perfect before we send out your pick-up notification.
