Yes. We will continue to honor the duration of your existing warranty. However, because we no longer produce or stock Project Lobster inventory, we cannot provide identical replacement frames. If your Project Lobster frames require a warranty replacement, we will help you transition into a new pair of Ace & Tate frames of your choice instead. Stop by our nearest store and our team can take a closer look. Can’t make it to a store? No problem! Send some pictures to our Customer Experience Team and they can take a look.
If you are within the original return window of your purchase, we will honor the return. Please note that returns must be processed at the original point of purchase or via the support channel listed on your receipt.
